Our plants are packed in high quality, thick boxes made in the USA by ULINE along with our Happy Bubble as an added second barrier for extra protection. However, that is not enough to stand the cold temperatures of some regions during winter.
For winter shipments, we add thick, high quality reflective bubble along with a 60 hour heat pack to ensure your plants safety arrival.
Please add this to your order if your region is colder than 40 degrees during the day! We also recommend you chose a faster delivery option than ground as the heat packs we have only last 60 hours! We ship Monday and Tuesday and will get in contact with you if we hold your plants due to harsh weather conditions.
