Also known as twisted cactus, it is an uncommon cactus with an upward growth habit as it is named- twisted. These cactus can grow up to 15 feet tall! Bring native to South Africa, it is a rare cactus that requires low maintenance. It can handle bright direct light, that may result in large flowers that bloom at night. If pollinated, they will produce an edible purple fruit! Yum! However, please consume at your own risk!
